'Do you struggle with building a consistent daily spiritual practice?
As some of you know, (because you were with me, thank you! I had a blast xx)
I held a live event over the weekend in Glastonbury, and it was amazing! There were tears, hugs, laughter and awesome music!
We had a blast and the feedback has been incredible! (for that I can't express my gratitude enough)
But one of the questions I got asked, (thank you Laura for asking and sharing your truth) is how do you make yourself do the practice in the first place?
In short, how do you stay consistent?
If the best time to practice is in the morning, how do you make yourself get out of bed?
Because if your house, life and family are like mine, as soon as the day get's going it's very difficult to pause in the middle to practice meditation or whatever spiritual practice you have.... it's difficult, but it's not impossible by the way. (That's another post for another day for sure)
To get a head start I always recommend a morning practice because it sets up your mindset for the day, and if you start your day with a strong, positive mindset, your ability to attract more positivity is much, much stronger.
Remember like attracts like, it's the law of attraction, and it's quantum physics!
