Balance is often misconceived in our culture today.
We always talk about achieving the right amount of work life balance, and really only focus on what I call self care! Telling ourselves we need to find the right amount of time spent between bubble baths or and work, or relaxed time with our family and work... But here's the thing.
If you're mind is stressed, anxious, frustrated or you suffering with low moods and depression, it's not because you need more relaxation time, it's because your mind is run by your ego mind, and you're not engaged in what I call an authentic life, you're not living from the True Self.
