To always think of changing oneself is like saying something's wrong with me therefore I need to change me... But that's not true and that's why that kinda thinking doesn't get you anywhere, goals are never brought to fruition and healthy life changing routines and practices never last!
Trust me when I tell you, you're perfectly imperfect!
But that's not to say you don't have a few fear based behaviours, or make fear based choices that need a little more clarity and refocusing maybe even letting go of because they just don't serve you!
