The other day I was working on my launch for my online F*ck Fear 8 week course which starts in January 2020!
I started to feel over-whelmed, there's not much time between now and when I want to launch it, as this realisation set in I started to feel my heart pounding in my chest, and started to get thoughts that I wasn't going to make it in time, that I was going to fail!
And I started to panic and feel the pinch of stress...
I was triggering my fight, flight freeze... inevitably if I didn't calm myself my emotions would over spill and effect my behaviour!
And so I choose to STOPP...
Tune in to this weeks podcast episode to learn the acronym STOPP and how it can help you when you feel over-whelmed too.
There's a lot of shouting about the importance of being resilient in the mental health arena right now...
But what does it mean to be resilient?
Well, emotional resilience is the ability to adapt to a highly stressful situation or crisis.
People who are more resilient are capable of adapting to adversity. Resilient people can manage the stress caused by life changes, whether they are large or less significant.
So how do you become more resilient?
In this episode I give you 5 spiritual ways to be more emotionally resilient in your life.
Balance is often misconceived in our culture today.
We always talk about achieving the right amount of work life balance, and really only focus on what I call self care! Telling ourselves we need to find the right amount of time spent between bubble baths or and work, or relaxed time with our family and work... But here's the thing.
If you're mind is stressed, anxious, frustrated or you suffering with low moods and depression, it's not because you need more relaxation time, it's because your mind is run by your ego mind, and you're not engaged in what I call an authentic life, you're not living from the True Self.
In this episode I tell you exactly what real balance is, and believe me it's an inside job, not an outside one!
Your emotional health can directly influence how the rest of your body feels and functions. When you're in emotional distress, it lowers your overall quality of life and how you feel day-to-day. Your emotional health affects how you make decisions, how you interact with others, and how you respond to events that happen in your life.
Things like stress, anxious feelings, changes in the weather, and a host of troubling (yet common) emotions can negatively influence your mood.
No matter what's distressing you, it's important to find natural non toxic tools and coping methods to help counteract negative emotions—otherwise these negative emotions can seriously impact your quality of life.
You can use essential oils for emotional health support by creating a sense of calmness and wellbeing, or producing an uplifting environment.
Every essential oil has its own unique chemical profile, but most oils can be categorised as having either uplifting or calming...
"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you've always known you can be"

If you're any kind of person who wishes to grow, learn, improve, excel or or just be happy, you should care about whether or not you're coachable.
In other words, being coachable relates to a happy, productive life.
To be coachable means you're ready to do what it takes to change, transform, improve or excel, in whatever way that means for you and your situation.
Tune in to this episode to find out whether you're coachable or not, and if not, how you can be starting today!
