Because if your house, life and family are like mine, as soon as the day get's going it's very difficult to pause in the middle to practice meditation or whatever spiritual practice you have.... it's difficult, but it's not impossible by the way. (That's another post for another day for sure)

Recently I took one of those little personality tests that you see on social media, I love those things, usually when I need a laugh, but this time it said it could tell me what my strengths are in my personality and what I should be doing with my life.
So, I thought feck it, let’s see.

However what you and most people aren’t aware of is, your mental health is also affected by a lack of challenge or purpose in your life, for example if you’re feeling like you’re just stagnating drifting through your day to day life, not really sure about why you’re here or what life is really all about...What your purpose is.

A few years ago, I had a dream to expand my business, leave my career in mental health services behind.
I felt suffocated because I wasn't communicating my truth, or helping people the way I knew that I was born here to do.
I also had had children recently in the previous few years and I wanted to give them more of me, and a better example of how to truly make the most of your life and not be afraid.
All these things combined, I started feeling restless, like there was more, I had to do something drastic, I had to leave my well paid, very stable career with a pension and benefits for a dream and what I felt was a calling.
I was terrified of what Andy would say...
But you'll hear me say this time and time again, if you're not living your purpose, you start experiencing symptoms of exhaustion, burnout, numbness, depression anxiety, the list goes on.
